| The Northern Cheyenne Tribal School will provide students with opportunities to excel | ||||
| academically, physically, spiritually, and socially by expanding curriculum and activities, | ||||
| increasing community involvement, and integrating culture in the school environment. | ||||

Gifted Education Plan |

| The Northern Cheyenne Tribal Schools (NCTS) recognizes and nurtures the individual talents | |||
| and capabilities of all students so that their full potential will be realized. Education for gifted | |||
| and talented students encompasses a variety of approaches designed to meet individual | |||
| differences and needs. Emphasis is on enhancing the regular curriculum to meet individual needs | |||
| as well as extended opportunities and service opportunities outside the regular curriculum. Gifted | |||
| and talented students have potential or demonstrated talents in one or more of the following areas: | |||
| general interest, specific academic ability, leadership, creativity and performing/visual arts. | |||
